We offer new test kits for the diagnosis of Epstein-Barr virus

We offer new test kits for the diagnosis of Epstein-Barr virus:

  • DIA®-EBV-VCA-IgG Enzyme immunoassay for the qualitative and semiquantitative detection of IgG against Epstain-Barr virus capsid antigen;

  • DIA®-EBV-VCA-IgM Enzyme immunoassay for the detection of IgМ against Epstain-Barr virus capsid antigen; and

  • DIA®-EBNA-IgG Enzyme immunoassay for the qualitative and semiquantitative detection of IgG against Epstain-Barr virus nuclear antigen.

These kits expand the range of ELISAs for screening of human serum or plasma for TORCH infections and allow laboratories to perform a wider range of tests.

The assay can be performed using standard ELISA equipment or automated open-type ELISA analyser.

The configurations available are 96, 192 or 480 test packages. The test kits utilizes a ready to use TMB substrate not requiring preliminary preparation, which reduces the technological operations during analysis.

Assay duration is from 1 hour 30 minutes to 2 hours for DIA®-EBV-VCA-IgM.

The initial open stability of the reagents is during the shelf life of the kit. This allows the most complete and optimal use of the test kit with a small number of tests.

Shelf life is 14 months.

The test kits are high sensitivity (100%) and specificity (100%) assays.

Test kits were put into circulation in January 2020.
